How do I order?

Ready to start your K-beauty journey? With KbeautyCafe, it’s going to be a breeze — promise! Ordering is easy. Just browse our virtual shelves and add items to your cart as you go. Proceed to checkout when you’re done finalizing your order. That’s it! Just two steps. Now all you have to do is wait for haul to arrive at your doorstep.

Please note that you have to create a store account before your first purchase. You can create a store account in two ways — (1) during checkout, in the CHECKOUT page, and (2) before checkout, in the LOGIN page.


In the CHECKOUT DETAILS page, fill out the email address, account username, and account password fields. Take note of these account details so you can access your account in the future. Account is created once “PLACE ORDER” is clicked.


– Click LOGIN, found at the top-right corner of the webpage (when viewed in desktop). In mobile, you can find LOGIN by clicking the icon at the top-left corner (the three horizontal lines).

– Once the page loads, fill out all field under REGISTER to create your account.

How can I pay?

We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience. You can pay through the following channels:

-Bank deposit through BDO and BPI

-Remittance centers (LBC, Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuillier, Western Union only)

-Cash-on-delivery [available for Metro Manila, Greater Manila (Bulacan, Rizal, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna), Cebu, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Misamis Oriental, Nueva Ecija, Iloilo, Negros Occidental, Bataan, Tarlac, Quezon, Zambales, Benguet, and La Union]

-Credit card through PayPal

How do I pay through bank deposit?

– At the end of the checkout process, our payment details will be provided.

– Settle your payment within two business days after submitting your order. Over-the-counter deposits and online transfers are accepted.

– After paying, please send a CLEAR copy of the deposit slip to cs.kbeautycafe@gmail.com with “Proof of payment from [name as indicated in your order]” as the subject.

How do I pay through remittance centers?

– Our payment details will be provided at the end of the checkout process.

– Settle your payment within two business days after submitting your order.

– After paying, please send a CLEAR copy of the proof of payment to cs.kbeautycafe@gmail.com with “Proof of payment from (name as indicated in your order)” as the subject.

How does cash-on-delivery work?

– Cash-on-delivery is available to residents in the following areas: Metro Manila, Greater Manila (Bulacan, Rizal, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna), Cebu, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Misamis Oriental, Nueva Ecija, Iloilo, Negros Occidental, Bataan, Tarlac, Quezon, Zambales, Benguet, and La Union.

The customer will shoulder the 50 Php cash-on-delivery fee charged by the courier.

– Once we receive the order, we will dispatch your order ASAP.

Can I make changes to my order?

Sure! As long as you have not yet proceeded to checkout, you can make changes to your cart. However, once you have finished checking out, we cannot entertain order changes. We want to make your experience as pleasurable as possible, so we want to prevent delays and mix-ups in your order.

Welp! I wasn't able to pay and send a copy of the deposit slip on time! What now?

Sorry, your order is automatically cancelled, which means that someone else can grab the items. If you still want it, shoot us an email ASAP informing us of when you’ll be able to pay.

Oh no! I was able to pay within the two-day period, but because of (insert reason here), I wasn’t able to send the deposit slip in time. What happens?

Alright, we understand. Don’t fret, just send us a copy of the deposit slip as soon as you can so we can dispatch your order pronto.

Help, my Paypal payment won't go through.

If PayPal won’t accept your payment (e.g., “”We’re sorry, we can’t complete your purchase right now. Please return to the seller’s website and choose another way to pay.”), you are being blocked by PayPal’s security model.

According to PayPal, if payments are at risk, their security will need to review the transaction before it is approved.

Payments may be flagged as at risk if:
– The amount is big.
– The customer is connected to public WiFi.
– The connection is not secure.
– The customer is in a different location from where they are usually logged in.

Common fixes include:
– Connecting to a private WiFi.
– Registering/signing in to your PayPal account.

If the above suggestions do not fix the problem, it is recommended that you contact PayPal right away so that they can assist you in sending the money. You can contact them here.

I wish to have my order shipped through Grab, but I can't see the option for Grab Express in checkout. What do I do?

Please make sure that you have provided your complete address information in checkout. The Grab Express option should appear once the zip code for your address is entered. Kindly note that Grab Express is only available for Metro Manila addresses.

My shipping address is in Metro Manila. Why am I being charged 150 php for shipping in checkout?

Please make sure that you have provided your complete address information in the checkout page. The shipping options for Metro Manila — which includes standard delivery (85 php), LBC, and Grab Express — should appear once the zip code for your address is entered.

Where do you deliver to, and how much is the shipping fee?

We deliver nationwide through our partner couriers Gryffon, Xpost, and Ninja Van. For Metro Manila, the shipping fee is 69 Php. For the rest of the Philippines, it’s 150 Php. Want free shipping? No problem for all orders 2500 php and above. Just enter code FREESHIP at checkout!

If LBC is your preferred courier, please take note that shipping fee is 200 Php for Metro Manila, and 250 Php for the rest of the Philippines.

For Grab Express, you will be paying the fee (as computed in the Grab app) directly to the Grab rider.

Through what courier company do you ship?

Our regular partner couriers are Gryffon and Xpost. In some instances, we dispatch through Xend and Ninja Van as well. Note that you have the option of having your package shipped through Grab Express or LBC — just choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.

When should I expect my package to arrive?

We can’t wait for you to get your hands on your goody bag, so we’re dedicated to dispatching your order the day after we receive your payment.

Transit time is 1-3 days for Metro Manila addresses and 5-7 days for other regions.

These estimates are according to our partner couriers, and delays may occur (especially for Makati, Pasig, and provincial addresses). KbeautyCafe will not be held responsible for delays caused by our partner couriers.

How can I track my package?

For Metro Manila orders: Metro Manila orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. As such, we don’t give out tracking numbers for orders to be shipped within Metro Manila unless it is specifically requested by the customer.

For provincial orders: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Use this number to track your parcel at our partner courier’s website (Ninja Van, Xend, or LBC, depending on which you chose during checkout).

Can I rush my order?

Sure! For Metro Manila addresses, we can arrange for your order to be delivered within the same day through Grab Express. You will be the one to shoulder the shipping fee, which can cost anywhere from 70 Php to 300 Php, depending on your area.

For provincial addresses, the best we can do is to ship your order through LBC, which is the most reliable courier. Shipping will cost 250 Php.

It’s been more than 5 working days! How do I follow up my order?

We’re sincerely sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we are not in control of courier operations. As such, the best we can do is to help you follow up. Give us a hoot and we’ll let you know your order waybill number.

Note: As much as we want to nag on the courier on your behalf, please understand that it is NOT our responsibility to do so. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier and ask about the parcel. However, this is not to say that we won’t help you follow up with the courier at all; only that we have limited resources and that we cannot do it for you every single day.

I might not be at home when my order gets delivered. Can someone else receive it on my behalf?
Sure! You may designate an authorized representative to receive your order for you. Just note their full name and mobile number in the Delivery Instructions field of the order form, and you’re done!

I chose Grab as my preferred courier. What now?

Great! Your parcel will be delivered to you on the same day (or whenever it is convenient for you). Once payment has been made and the proof of payment has been emailed to cs.kbeautycafe@gmail.com, kindly send us a text at 0917-682-4782 containing your order ID number and the pin name of your address.

Before booking a ride, we’ll let you approve the Grab delivery cost. After the booking has been confirmed, we’ll send you the rider’s name and number.

Kindly make sure that you can be reached through the mobile number that you provided. In the event that the item gets returned to us due to your negligence (your contact number can’t be reached / you’re not picking up), you must bear the cost of delivery. Hence, you will be paying for delivery twice (for the return to our warehouse and the re-delivery to your address).

How do I earn points?

It’s easy! There are three ways in which you can earn points.
1) We give you 100 points when you sign up for a store account.
2) You earn 1 point for every 1 php that you spend (excluding shipping fee).
3) As a bonus, you get 500 big points for every product review that you submit on our site!

How do I use the points I've earned?

You can convert your points into a cart discount! Once you’ve reached 12,500 points, a new field will appear in the checkout page. You’ll be prompted to enter the number of points that you wish to redeem. Cart total must be 1,500 php and above if you wish to redeem your points. 12,500 points will give you a 250 php discount, while 25,000 points will slash 500 php off your total and reward you with a free full-sized gift! Hooray!

Are the products authentic?

We solemnly swear that the products we offer are 100% original. You are our number one priority and we would never carry products that may threaten the wellbeing of your skin (ahem, fakes).
