TERMS OF SERVICE
- Standard processing time is 24-48 hours prior to dispatch.
- Order cancellations for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are STRICTLY prohibited. Likewise for all orders that have been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Transit time varies depending on your shipping location. For Metro Manila, estimated transit time is 1-3 business days. For Greater Manila, 1-4 business days. For the rest of the Philippines, 3-9 business days. Please take note that these are just estimates and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Should there be any delays, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier. KbeautyCafe does not allow all dispatched orders to be cancelled, even though parcels did not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
- KbeautyCafe is not responsible for any delays in delivery. If you want your order delivered ASAP, kindly choose Grab (for Metro Manila) or LBC (for provincial addresses).
- Package is dispatched at your own risk. KbeautyCafe shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages to products during transit.
- KbeautyCafe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the courier.
- KbeautyCafe is not responsible for delays in shipment in the event that the shipping information provided by the customer is incomplete. Before completing your order, kindly make sure that the shipping information provided is correct and complete.
- The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our HQ and marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.
- Due to the nature of our products, KbeautyCafe does not honor returns and exchanges EXCEPT when there is a manufacturing defect.
